He's just going to play a few hands vs. you and make that determination again. There are very few people who are bad enough that chasing them around like that is worth it who also practice opponent selection. I think the psychological upside to respecting others' game selection is reasonable, and the financial downside very small.

Also, this would have been a nice post in the HU forum.

initially, i thought i didn't have a problem with this. then i remembered that i thought it was pretty scummy when tongi used iamhiv's account/rep to setup a freezeout with gildwulf.

i'm conflicted.

B&M
So there's this champ that nobody wants to play because he's to good.
Now the champ dresses up like an old granny, nobody recognises him and they want the play against this granny.

Would that be cheating?

[/ QUOTE ]

just play. if they don't want to play people, they shouldn't sit.

QFT. Going to a B&M game incognito is a logical extension of the hats and sunglasses routine. I have no problem with fake ID, wigs, costumes, etc. It's all in the spirit of the game (reverse tells, etc)

Collusion is a constant danger, even in heads-up. The site could be rigged, or the dealer could be cheating for your opponent. Only when no third party is present, and the game is held at a randomly determined location (negating remote surveillance) can collusion be ruled out as a possibility.

Poker is always caveat emptor, dog eat dog. It doesn't justify cheating, it just means you must accept responsibility if you are cheated.[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
