Tampa poker rooms rebuys on n/l games

Can anyone who has played at any or all of these rooms (Tampa hard rock, derbylane, Tampa dog track, Tampa bay downs) confirm the rebuy rules for no limit. From what i hear hard rock $300 max and reload back up to $300 if you need to in 1/2. the tracks from what i heard are all buy $100 and cant rebuy until you loss all. If you have $10 left you still cant rebuy. Is That true?

DERBY LANE--Buy-in for $100, no more or less...........cannot re-buy until you lose entire stack.

TAMPA DOWNS--When stack reaches $40, one can re-buy for another $60, otherwise cannot rebuy until you loose stack. Tampa Downs does a time rank that is ridiculously bad considering the slow play of the dealers/players. Avoid ring games here for the timebeing.

I just got a call from a friend and he said starting today at derby lane you can rebuy in the nl game in $20 incriments. so down to $80 can rebuy another $20 and so on.

You could buy in with a million if you really wanted to. I dont think there is a cap for limit games as you can only bet a fixed amount.
