Default 25NL - small straight facing river raise

villain is 64/2.5/0.77 (195 hands)
does the villain have the nuts often enough to make this a fold?

I like a 3-bet more than I like a fold, but I would probably just call. There are two straights that beat yours, and while two-pair is certainly also possible, the Kx and Tx ones (except for T8) should probably be discounted a little. And facing a 4-bet would suck.

At worst I just call given the villain is very passive and he hasn't been betting until the river. This is a big overbet which usually equals the nuts or close to it.

I think reraising here is terrible. How often does a calling station like this guy raise the river with two pair or a set on such a connected board? Even Calling is close I think. He could have any two cards with his 60 vp$ip so J7 is possible. I would really be thinking about folding this. value betting is ok but I would probably fold to this raise.

Calling is horrible and is missing out on a lot of value. Villain is a donk, he can easily have any number of 2pair/trips combinations or even 1 pair combinations which will gladly pay you off here,
