Seems like they probably are having a problem with the provider but I am receiving about 300 dollar rakeback for FTP for the last month and I really would like to get it.

Looks like their domain expired yesterday. Perhaps they forgot to renew? Somebody registered it for a year. The DNS is Sedoparking.
