Default Help end a 2 hour dispute

My friend played this pot at red rock 2/5 game where
he contends that...

The routine donk player that he finds at the red rock will
1-only chk min-raise a JT9 flop with a draw only.
2-Not the J, nor the T, nor a made 2 pair, set, overpair etc
3-Assumption is the Villain is one routine donkey

To the hand. Stacks $500 each
3 limp for $5 and Hero raises button ($30) with T5 diamonds
one caller who limped

FLOP J T 9 rainbow (1 diamond)

chk, Hero bets $30 into approx $80 POT
Villain check raise to $75----Hero calls

Turn--3 (diamond)--Villain bets $75 into $230

Hero raises to $250....(looking to win right there)

Comments really appreciated

first off, avoid using words like ONLY and ALWAYS cause donks, and sharks vary their play. When sharks vary their play, its usually changing gears, but donks also vary their play, and its called tilt and spewing.

As for the hand, i don't like the turn raise. If he's a donk like you say, he's going to station a lot of hands here (JT, J9, 9T, AJ, QJ, KJ, JJ, TT, 99), plus you're already in a situation where he could easily have flopped a straight (KQ, 78, maaaybe Q8 if he's a true donk). If thats the case, he'll shove and you'll have to call getting more than 4-1 on your money, which is mathematically correct but nobody wants to stack off on the turn with nothing but a flush draw.

My thoughts exactly but he is ADAMANT that his donks "never" check raise with any made hand, only the draw. I can never give this much credit to reading a donk for a specific hand but he is contending this to the death.,

also, why get fancy with the raise on the turn when he's already giving you huge implieds with the small sucker bets and good statistical odds for your flush draw?

This hand is pretty bad, and your friend might be, too.

Just spoke to my friend and he says you guys are refusing to understand the stipulation that the Villain....

Mr Friend states...
Also stipulated is that this player (actually this is the assigned profile of the opponent for this question) would only min check-raise with a relatively weak hand on the flop. I know it’s hard to believe but in the below case it’s almost impossible for this player to min-check raise with anything but a straight draw. In fact the best hand he could possibly have would be a pair and a straight draw. end quote.

Having said this qualification, does that change anyones mind as to how they would play this "live"?

Is your friend sleeping with villain or something? These are rediculous assumptions and its a clear turn call.
