I'd imagine the only really bad thing is the flop call.

Rest looks fairly standard against your regular conservative player.

I don't really like preflop, but that's just a matter of taste I guess.

I'd fold flop.

I'd make my turn bet a little larger, although I guess 20 is fine. Are you betting 20 to fold to a shove if he CR's?

I think on the river there are a few 2pr hands he might have (7,6 5,6 4,6 all these depend on his preflop play though) and it's unlikey he's checking the river with a str8. I probably shove (for value), but I don't mind checking.

my standard would be to fold pf, but if he's been letting you run him over its fine.

idk about folding flop. he's conservative, but he's presumably got a lot of draws in his range there. our equity prolly goes way up on a blank turn, and since we are IP we can evaluate when faced with a bet.

I'd bet river - the only reasonable draw it only completes is 89, but it might give villain a lot of worse two pairs that he has to call with.

Deeper, I may check, but this is an easy push (for me) with less than PSB left.

on the flop:

villain had cr'd some wet flops before this, so I was beginning to suspect that he was doing it with draws. If he checked the turn, I would bet almost any card there.

poss I should bet more on turn; if he cr's allin on turn it would be the strongest move hes made in his life and an easy fold

I think the river is the most interesting street. He could have A3, 87, or 89 for a str8. He could also have a busted flush draw. Or he could have backed into a 65 or 76 2 pair. Or a flush draw like A7/6 that hit a low pair.

on the river vs this villain a push has no value. He'd only call with a set or straight.

I'm not sure if he'd check the river hoping to crai w the str8 (vs betting out). If I bet small and he comes back over the top it would be a fold if we were deeper, but here I'd feel committed to call.

With any reasonable bet I think the only hands we have a prayer of getting called by are 76 and 65. During the hand I was very strongly tempted to bet. Now I think the check was correct.

Do you agree?

after you've posted, check out the results in white:
villain shows Jh7h (pair of sevens and busted flush draw) and goes on T.I.L.T.
