i need help controlling tilt

lately, after taking a bad beat i always seem to steam off some chips and i know what is happening and yet i can't stop myself. what is weird is that i didn't use to have this problem. does anybody know of any good posts, or articles that i could check out because i need to stop this bad habit now.

if u take a beat just leave the game until youve vented that steam off. id say its more of an uphill battle to try and play thru it if youve been struggling to do so. or if u wanna keep playing, go to the smallest micro stakes game and beat up on those guys, raise every pot. makes me feel great.
