Who you calling a freak? Why is being tall freakish? Maybe someone as short as you just has a short view.

Just kidding. You can't help how tall you are. I saw Barry Greenstein in Reno and he was short, say 5'7". But at 6'5" everyone looks short to me.

Yes, Bill Brasky. He goes about 7' 6", 390.

the average male of 5'9 in the u.s.

The median height of US males is more like 6' even. It hasn't been as short as 5'9" in more than 50 years.

I heard phil gordon is 6'9 and phil hellmuth is like 6'7 and Huck seed is 6'7. Besides these guys, everyone else seem to be a lot taller than the average male of 5'9 in the u.s.

Does anyone know how tall are these players? I find it funny how they have the heights of sports athlete and movie stars yet they don't say the height for poker players.

Phil Ivey
Doyle
Todd Brunson
Phil Laak
Yukon
Chris Ferguson
Sam Farha
Mike Matasow

Besides them are there any one else to add?

[/ QUOTE ]

Take 3 inches off of the first three mentioned (PG, PH & HS) and u've got it just right.

It is a little strange how many successful players (in live, brick and mortar tournaments) are 6'3 and above. The 'intimidation factor' really has merit. Also strange that little Stuie 'The Kid' Ungar blew them all away at 5'7" and about 98 pounds (after a rough week).
