Default Bachelor party hotel etiquette

So eight of us are staying at Excalibur for two nights for a bachelor party. We’re booked two to a room (say $100/night). I know that some of us plan to play enough poker to score a poker room rate ($75/night). I don’t know for sure who will be playing poker and who won’t. In the case that no poker is played, we would split the $800 tab evenly between the 7 non-bachelors. How do I deal with the following potential problems:
1. Only one person in each room plays poker and all rooms are discounted. The tab is $600. Should the poker players pay a smaller share than non-players? How much?
2. Only two people play poker. Two rooms are discounted. The tab is $700. Now how much does everyone pay?

I'd just go ahead and split it all equally because it only ends up being a small difference per person, but I'm not a very nitty guy.

If only some rooms are discounted, then maybe the full price residents pay full price, iunno, but I wouldn't care at all if my friends benefitted off my discount

Particularly considering they'll be spending $1000-$3000+ each, depending how balla they are, +/- poker results. Seems super nitty to try to squeeze someone for what amounts to a single hand of blackjack.

I agree. However, as with many bachelor parties, I don't know all the attendees or how nitty they all are. I'd like to have a plan in place is case a nitty poker player speaks up. Let's pretend the rooms are $10,000/night suites and the discount is still 25%. Now what?

If some nits speak up then have those who didn't contribute to getting a discount buy them $25 worth of drinks (shouldn't be hard) or chip in to pay for one of their meals or something.

I still say no difference, because if you're ballah enough to afford $10,000 a night, then you're ballah enough to not bitch about a discount.

get the money from the seven non-bachelors before you go for the full price of the rooms ($800/7). If any room gets a discount b/c of a poker rate break, use the money leftover from the original $800 to buy the bachelor <insert alcohol/lap dances/etc...here> next time you guys go out, or use it for some him-specific gift for a wedding present from the group who went on the bachelor party, or use it for alcohol funds for the after-reception party of the wedding.

or not. what do I care?
Definitely don't nit over the $20/head that the discount(s) may generate.

My personal belief is the words "etiquette" and "bachelor party" don't go together. Go crazy, and definitely don't worry about $20. For god's sake, just buy the guy an extra lap dance.
