Default 2/5 Live, flopped low straight

This hand occured over the weekend, live 2/5 game. Villian is a relatively good LAG, playing very loose preflop but generally making good decisions on later streets. I have a relatively tight image, and showed a huge bluff ~30 minutes prior to this hand against villian. The game is 9 handed, my stack is roughly $800, Villian covers.

Preflop: 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
4 Limpers, I complete in SB, BB checks.

Flop(pot=30): 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero Checks, Villian in BB checks, UTG+1 bets 20, Hero raises to 60, Villian in BB calls, UTG+1 folds.

Turn(pot=170): Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero bets 125, Villian raises to 300, Hero calls.

River(770): 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero checks, Villian insta-shoves, Hero(stack is approx 440)??

Advice on all streets appreciated

See, this is the part of the hand where I thought I made the mistake. Should I be folding the turn (which is definatley way too tight), or shoving turn with the possibility of drawing very slim where something like a KJ bellybuster draw got there....is check/calling the best line here??

i would have lead out on the flop. you will almost certainly get raised by villain holding something like two pair, or AT diamonds, then get the money in and wait for the doomswitch!

Does he call flop raise with just a gutty? Anyway if he does have a higher straight that sucks but you still have outs and chances are you are good so just get it in there imo.

Well...KJ would not just be a gutter, it would be a double gutter w/ 2 over cards, with any of his straight outs (non diamond) being the nut or 2nd nut straight. As played, I def. shove turn and if he has KJ, you still have outs going to river, but it looks like a set on the turn with the cold call off the flop.

I agree with others however, I like leading this flop for sure, since a bajillion draws are possible and you can get in a 3 bet off this flop with lots of people raising marginal hands like KT/JT/AdXd.

As played to river, you may need to fold here, since you only can beat QT/AA, and his range of hands that beat yours are greater than the hands you beat of his.

River is a fold given the action and the insta-shove (even though it SUX!).

My view on the insta-shove in live poker is someone ACTING very confrontational, cocky, arrogant, bluffy, etc, in order to induce a call because they hold a monster.

Think about it. If YOU were bluffing, the LAST thing you would do is act like a jerk and induce your opponent to make a call out of anger or spite.
