it says later in the book that you cannot apply the SC numbers to early positions.

ie. 6 places before the BB. you cant divide by 6 to get the correct sc number. ds says the maths is far too complicated to do a simple "divide by x" rule

PM user Curtains for a expanded KS chart which includes antes for tourney structure.

This is much better when based on starting pot size rather than based on small blind, case in point antes or blinds like 2/5, etc.

Mine doesn't include antes anymore, it now just includes a simple article on how to convert your stack into # of BB's depending on the antes and such.
