omg people math is so easy. 13 outs, villian has a set so we know his cards which leaves 44 cards in the deck. 13/44 is .29545. we're getting 101:40 which is basically 2.5:1 which means we need to be getting ~.285. ur getting a 1% edge in equity if he always has a set, never folds to a river shove, and we check/fold if we don't hit.
