2 folds, Hero raises to $0.95, MP2 raises to $1.65, MP3 calls $1.65, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.70.

If flat calling a raise was wrong i'd like your reason why.
I only called it because rerasing is not for value since worse hands will fold or worse - push me out. Same goes for info value. Villain might think QQ is good to felt it and i have to fold to 5 bet. So I gain no value and no info.
If my thinking is flawed explain to me like a 5 year old.

It's okay to 3bet this PF because the hands that will call you are JJ+ an AK, possibly AQ, TT and more. If you are 4bet, well, unfortunately you have to think hard, but typically, you are still ahead slightly I think (especially with the other player lounging around).

Put another way, if you can't 3bet the second best hand, then you can't three bet anything.

On the flop, do not push all-in because that can give villain a chance to get away from TT-QQ. I prefer a smaller raise that will be called and will pot commit them on the turn. Try 1.5 times the flop bet (and I do like the check). Since your hand is understated, and a lot more than AA will play this way and look you up, I am inclined to get my stack in. I put the aggressor on JJ+ and the other guy on 99.

Deffinately 3-bet pre - dont play over fancy at 25nl. your ops wont get it and you'll overall lose value as ops call very light at these stakes.

as played, I'd either min raise or 15ish. intention for stacks to get in.

Note that villain 3 betted..if i raised it would be 4 bet...
