Default 50NL: Weird blind battle

Villian is 29/14/1.1 over 130 hands. I meant to raise this properly preflop but i clicked the min-raise by mistake, this makes me wonder if villian put me on a steal and played back at me. Villian doesnt seem that aggressive usually, am i being very nitty folding here?

No, not nitty really. That board is dry and it puts you in a bad spot. With the weird preflop action, I might try to c/c the flop and c/f the turn rather than lead out. On the flop, you're only folding better hands. If he checks behind the turn I would likely make a small blocking bet on the river.
