This is probably a good spot to fold KK. If it was only 100BB stacks then easy call. Villain's raising range to begin with is already tight. You have to narrow that down when he 3bets the original raiser. Then hero comes out with a 4bet ( massive show of strength). I mean seriously hero's 4bet is almost always AA-KK in this spot especially this deep, and then button comes over the top again. No way is this AK or QQ. I can see them calling the 4bet but not pushing. Villain obviously is not on tilt since he's up a buy in at this table. No reason for him to make stupid plays. This is 90% AA and 10% KK imo so fold.
