I normally do but if NIT has say KQ (he even checks preflop with AK) is a shove +EV

This situation I think is the key in the NY games I play because in a good Vegas game I would never do this

[/ QUOTE ]

what do u mean by this? do u expect nit to ever c/call kq on this river? were you not just suggesting that this turns into a bluff on the riv?

i see what you mean.

i think the difficulty here is that sometimes this is K4 or K3 leading the turn and sometimes it's KQ, KJ, KT bet-folding (or even bet-calling if he thinks you're a major LAG). and some players make a pretty similar bet with either hand. once you flat-call the turn i think it gets harder to push him off a one-pair hand he donked with.

I'd just call the flop raise and probably lead the turn (folding to a raise)

this hand is ridiculous. call the flop raise, c/f the turn. i hope you're joking that you're bluffing the river. it's definitely not a bluff, it's for value. but it's bad.

If the Villain is who I suspect it is then the river shove is generally BAD man and I agree that c/f turn is the best play, he was never not calling with any 2 pair.

Have you checked to see if any of the clubs are still open, PM me.

See you this week at RIO

Stop [censored] saying "c/f" - we have position and can't check-fold. Having gotten that off my chest, I'd probably fold turn. I found out after a few years that trying to move people off big hands is cost-prohibitive, espeically if your own image is bad for that as well.
