Nice pics and thread. I just love Thailand and will go back for my second time next year and planning to stay about a month in Chang mai. I'm gonna bring my laptop so I was wondering if it's common that hotels have Wi-fi and what the rates are for a week or month stay?
I'm looking for accommodation in the more lower price range with Wi-fi. Guess Chang Mai is a bit cheaper than Bangkok? Is those connections at hotels good enough to play poker on or how fast do you need? Maybe i do better rent an apartment?

Ya, you can just rent an apartment. The one I was in when I first stayed here had wifi and the total cost was about $100/month. I really don't know much about hotels and stuff like that. I can't really comment on the cost of living in Bangkok in comparison to Chiang Mai as I've never lived in Bangkok. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
