If your read is that villain is just as willing to bluff-raise his hands as he is to bluff when checked to here, B/C is superior to C/C because you want value off hands you beat that he just wants to showdown too. Some villains don't bluff raise and I would save the c/c line for them. Given the drawiness of the board, I think that this hand is played perfectly. Sure, T9 got there, but a number of draws also missed.

This seems like the most logical approach to me. Maybe I'm too conservative, however, I can't recall having a LAG at my table that I identified as someone for whom I can bet into on the river with 3rd pair to the board and believe that if I'm raised, that over 50% of the time, my opponent will have less a hand than I.

Call river in this case. Although I think you'll probably lose, you only need to win 1-10 to make money.

But C/Cing the river might be better since it sounds like he'll bet it for you with about anything, making you money from the busted draws.

Why is 50% relevant? (Hint: It isn't.)

For everyone advocating c/c, there is no way we should be missing a value bet here. If villain has a J we most likely would have heard from it in the form of a 3-bet on the flop or a turn raise. C/C here means you're not getting value on your other river bets.
