I left my house at like 7 to go get an iphone. They had plenty left. It took about 10 minutes to walk in, buy the phone, leave. They said they had a line about 30 people deep before 6pm, and everybody in line bought a phone.

It doesn't look like their will be any shortage.

I'll give a review when I get it set up.

I have to download the latest version of itunes and sign up for a data plan to "unlock" the phone. Right now, I can't explore any of the phone features.

So, I am waiting for itunes to download.

At about 6:15 I left a mall where there is an ATT store and there was a line of about 40-50 people that hadn't entered the store yet. In case anyone needs minute by minute updates on whether people are getting their phones or not.

I got one. Got in line at 9 and was third. About 25 people got one and a bunch were left stranded. Btw yes I'm posting from it and it was totally worth it.
