I don't know much about Villain. He limp-called my AK PFR in EP earlier and the flop came K85r or some [censored]. He check-called my CB and CRAI on 8 turn for kinda big and I ran my time bank down and folded.

I bet kinda small on the turn because that's the super obvious scare card and I think if I bet big he might be more likely to call. Sort of a post oak that I think works very often due to him never having a huge hand here.

Anyway, is this a VB on the river?

It's super thin. Do you think he is calling a river bet with worse often enough? He probably has something like 79-T9, 55-88, and missed flush draws. I don't see him calling with any of those lower pairs or one pair 9's. The only hand I see you beating that he calls with is a worse T if he called down with JdTd or QdTd. You said you don't know much about him, so I would save this play for when you have a better read. I do think you have the best hand, but I don't see a need to bet it.
