This looks to me like AXs hearts, Ax, AA, 76, or 66 as well. I can't put him on a set raising the river when its obvious Hero has atleast an ace.

I c/r the river and call a three bet, as played I just call the raise on the river because I have no read and only an idiot would raise the river with just the ace here. He capped the turn, you bet into him again and he doesn't care. Looking at the hand I would have to think you split, or he played an awful Ax hand.
