[ QUOTE ] damn everyone lives in the Tampa (non Miami) area. Is the job market better up there or is it just a coincidence there is no "SEMINOLE HARD ROCK MIAMI" thread? [/ QUOTE ] Job market is excellent in Tampa. There are a ton of buisiness hubs in the greater Tampa area. Less competition and more demand. [/ QUOTE ] O RLY? I just saw this: Tampa #2 Tampa, Fla. A nice place for a vacation, around a quarter of houses in Tampa are investment or second-home properties. As for people who live there full-time, the city ranks among the lowest for young professional concentration. |

Went to school in Gainesville AKA no jobs available capital. Moved back and immediately found a great position with Suntrust Bank. Ended up leaving the bank b/c I was offered a position at another sales position making roughly 15-18k more annually. My annual gross income sits right under 55k. Cant complain here. I guess they say it isnt too great for young proffessionals b/c so many older proffessionals love it here....and we all no who gets the pick of the litter. |

Well...If you love golf, fishing, boating, marine aquariums, beaches, good sports, hunting, endless summers, and now "real" cardrooms filled with donkeys...this might be the place to live. I try to focus on positive things in live...b/c everywhere you go there are going to be things to complain about.

Yes it is...cant argue with that. I dont see it getting any better either. October 1st the Florida No Fault will expire. We will have to wait to see what Charlie Christ does.
