Why is FTP support such bad compare to others?

Doug I haven't followed all the FTP ???'s answered posts but I'll ask and if it has been answered please tell me it has been and I'll search it out ...

Why is it that over 2 years after FTP featured Hand Histories that a bug that has existed since it's inception still is not fixed ?????

I'm speaking of the last hand at a broken table after a bust-out never being saved in the text files.

It amazes me since many times if there was a hand you'd like to be able to look at or have others look at more closely it would be that hand.

I find it amazing that over 2 years later this bug still isn't fixed. Is it really that big a programming job ????

I'd love to hear why it isn't fixed .... We're working on it doesn't really do the trick.
