Re: Celtics
I'm really warming up to this. It sure beats drafting Noah or Brewer.
I sorta wish they'd bring Jim O'Brien back and just bomb away. |

Re: Celtics
Not only will they contend now, but I think they'll be good in the future. Between Rondo, Green, and Al we could have 3 future stars. Plus I still have faith in Perk and we still have Perk for a good long while.

Re: Celtics
[ QUOTE ]
I hate this trade for a 32 year old. [/ QUOTE ] Age is only relevant in determing decline phases. Allen has yet to begin his and his skills -- he's above-average or average in almost every aspect of the game -- should stay with age, as players with multiple skills age better than those with just a couple. |

2 picks coming up in the next 10-15 minutes for the C's. Let's see what they can do.

Re: Celtics
I'm happy we got this guy, I love his game. Of course, he's probably like 325 right now and will remind C's fans of the Vin Baker years. As somebody on this board said back when the C's got Vin Baker, "not a good fit in a town with a Dunkin' Donuts on every corner"

Now its time for Jefferson, Green, and Theo for KG [/ QUOTE ] Ummm...no. Not trading Big Al for someone that doesn't even want to play in Boston. |
