Checking the flop is fine and worth considering 200bb deep against a villain who calls 3bets relatively tightly, especially if you're not happy to stack off with TPTK here.

As played I check call once, shoving this turn would be very bad since we still have some showdown value and the board is not draw heavy, so he really shouldn't be calling worse (nor folding better, of course).

K river I think he's checking behind anything you beat unless he's specifically decided to float you and bluff two streets on the flop, so I fold to a bet there. I call a reasonable bet on 4 river but fold to a shove. Probably call any sized bet on an A river since I believe his bluffing frequency will be slightly higher there, and the chances of a split increase (since being in position he can play his TPTK harder if he desires). I'm certainly not happy about seeing three streets of betting with this hand, however given the circumstances one can easily imagine he is getting a little fed up with your constant 3-betting and thus is more likely to try and push you off here.

Given that, doesn't it make sense to c/c turn and c/c all rivers except maybe a K?

If he's getting frustrated, I c/c here and c/c a lot of rivers. Given your image I don't mind bet/folding the turn either.
