raise preflop and lead all streets, fold to a river raise.

Re: NLTRN $11 River decision with set.
Your play was fine here. I think there's an argument for check/calling the river or betting and folding to a raise. My preference would be to bet around 200ish and fold to a shove. There's a good chance he's calling with a hand like K8, Q8 etc... and if he's a good player you don't want to show weakness at any point which would maybe induce a large bet on the river.

Re: NLTRN $11 River decision with set.
I think your right.
The actual line I took was to bet 320, opponent shoved and I tanked and somehow convinced myself to call hoping to see missed spades/bluff or a thin 2 pr value bet. I was still annoyed with myself 24 hours later LOL. As for raising 7,7 pre at this level I've found bloating the pot OOP pre has not helped when many opponent are calling 2 or 3 streets with bottom pair and the flop is usually all overs. My default was to raise and I'll start raising again now I'm playing the $22's as opponents seem to be a little tighter postflop... |

Buy sharkscope and don't sit with people that are involved in 50k chess bets, they are likely good players at the 10 dollar level.
