Default someone please help me with the hand convertor!!!!!!!!!

When I use the convertor with flopturnriver, the preflop stacks aren't showing and opponents bets aren't either. Can someone guide me through the process? It's greatly appreciated.

In the "format" window do you have 2+2 selected? The only thing that I do is cut and copy the hand history into the input box, make sure 2+2 is selected then click convert hand. Then cut and paste the output in the forum.

You might not be able to use that particular converter depending on the network you are playing on. If everything else fails, try:
