I think 3/6 is low everywhere. It's the only limit that's sandwiched between a limit that's less than half as small and a limit that's less than twice as big.

This is the thing. The gap between the standard of play at 3/6 vs 2/4 makes 3/6 relatively unprofitable. And I guess the donks just don't like it?

QFT. I've just moved up to 3/6 and trying to work out pot-sized reraises is just annoying. Maybe this does explain the relative lack of games compared to 2/4 and 5/10..

Yeah, I meant on other sites. Haven't played 3/6 on FTP yet. I guess the 'pot' button on FTP means the raise sizing issue doesn't explain why there are less 3/6 games there.

This may be a bit of a sidenote but I remember from playing SNG's that the games were considerably tougher at $30 than they were at $20 and somewhat tougher than the $50 ones which makes no sense except for the round number phenomenon which I think affects fish. While the solid regulars use the $30 SNG or the 3/6 NL game as a way to grind up safely and carefully to the next level.
