Bodog verification form - fax?

why do you need to fax them anything? i've cashed out over 10k recently and they havent asked me for anything.

It's only required if you deposited with a credit card.

Credit or debit doesn't matter. I used my debit card too.

they let me send verification forms by scanning them and emailing them -- call/email them back til u get someone who will agree to receive them that way.

Update - by repeatedly emailing them until I got someone who said I could scan and email them (it seems to just depend on who answers the email), my problem is now solved. To be fair to Bodog, once I got an ok to email the scans they processed them v. quickly (<1 day), so well done to them for that.
