Default Live 2-5, top set, bet out of turn, two shoves, scary board

Crazy hand and hard to follow, please bear with me. 2/5 NL at the Bellagio. Both villains are contenders for the donk of the century. I've been playing tight and solid but neither of them are sophisticated enough to form even a basic opinion.

Villain 1 has about $280, he loves to raise small connectors and one gappers in position, and bets every street if he catches even a small piece of the board, which made him lose a sizable pot earlier in the session.

Villain 2 has $700, he is a crazy calling station, a few times he's called pot sized bets on two streets then folded. He's been stacked twice then rebought then doubled up going all in preflop with 99 vs a drunk holding KJ.

Preflop: Hero ($800) is dealt QhQd in mid position.

One limper, I raise to $20, Villain 2 (on the button) calls, villain 1 (small blind) calls.

Flop ($65) : 7h 10d Jc
Villain 1 checks, I bet $50, Villain 1 calls, Villain 2 calls.

Turn ($215): 7h 10d Jc Qs
I mistakingly believe Villain 1 has checked, I bet
$200 out of turn, Villain 1 goes all-in for a bit less than $200, Villain 2 calls my bet.

River ($800): 7h 10d Jc Qs 6d. I check, Villain 2 shoves for $400 more.

Call or fold?
