Re: 50K JJ vs tedsfishfry
Well all I know is I felt like trash when I called that river bet. I was definitely expecting to see an AK/AJ/TT. You outplayed me at this table, and made me post my first 2 hands on 2+2 to check my sanity. I am used to fizzling out of tournaments or getting bad beat.. not getting into ridiculously tough spots where Im wrong.
And I actually like your turn check, in that you are assuredly getting river value if I have a pocket pair. If you bet the turn again, I would have hit the time button, and I might have made a fold. I was thinking that once I flat called that flop you might put me on a queen. If you followed it up with a bet on the turn, I could be pretty sure JJ was beat a lot of the time. |

JJ is ahead of Shauns range for betting this river (esp. considering you checked behind turn). Calling > Folding to his river bet [/ QUOTE ] you know I full potted river right? |

[/ QUOTE ] Oops no. He didnt convert the hand. This makes me lean towards fold because full pot is usually value and the only hand Shaun bets for value that we are ahead of is TT, maybe 99 |
