In my opinion peanut butter represents a great illustration of the clash between the concepts of positive and negative liberty. In theory, the peanut segments are free to do as they choose, but it takes the assistance of someone with a knife (and their money etc.) - positive liberty - to lift them out of the goo and give them te opportunity of freedom. However, as they are subsequently eaten, could this mean that the 'enacting' of positive liberty too often results in the exploitation of those 'liberated' by their liberator - perhaps a reflection on the 'means test' in the current welfare state?

What does the poop represent after the peanut butter is digested and excreted via anus?

your the same idiot who wants to talk about the death of the middle class and whatever other wacky theory you put up there.

In turn this thread is now strictly about delicious peanut butter recipes , there are some good ones already posted.

I like my peanut butter crunchy and placed along side grape jelly.

I used to be crunchy > smooth, but then I discovered extra smooth, which trumps even crunchy. I have never tried extra crunchy, because I am afraid my head will explode with awesomeness given previous trends.

All processed peanut butters taste like crap. Stick with Smuckers or some other untainted variety. The only legitimate ingredients are peanuts and salt. Trader Joes has great peanut butter.

Smooth or crunchy, take your pick. As long as its not that Skippy/Peter Pan/Jif garbage.
