Default sportsinteraction cashouts--slower than advertised?

so I issued a cashout from SIA three weeks ago, and their page advertises checks arriving in 2-3 weeks. . . so I was wondering if slow cashout problems are common with this site, or is this unusual. I read in the 'must have sportsbooks' in the sticky that they can have slow cashouts, but I was wondering what experiences other people have had with this particular book.

thanks in advance

Always got mine in 15 biz days, been using them for 8-9 years, cashed out 2-3 times since SB.

SIA took 4 months for my last cashout. Plus they kept charging me extra fees when they said they'd waive them. Biggest BS sportsbook ever, i figured I'd get cutoff soon since I'd won a ton off that site and people said they cut u off so my last cashout was for everything in my account. Donno how najdorfdefense gets good service from them.

I had the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE. They also ask for a bunch of stuff such as ID/Bank Statement/Proof of Address which I found quite annoying. They blatantly lie about cashout times as well. I had a 3K cashout that lasted 3 months, I asked CS about ti every day and they told me it would be there ina couple of days. Eventually they told me that my ID and info was not sufficient and that was why the cashout hadn't gone through. I was so upset because I had chatted with CS everyday and not once did they mention it.

I'm lucky to be able to use Neteller for all transactions. You guys in the US or Canada are getting really screwed.

Last cashout took 4 days while they requested all this ID/utilitiy bill stuff which wasn't necessary before.

I'm curious, did you not supply them with the info when they requested it? Or ignore them? That's pretty standard now at like 70% of the books I use.

I put in a cashout request, they said '7-10' biz days. So we'll see.

I just did a small withdrawal last week of $1500 from them. They wired it immediately and it was in my account within a couple of days.

When I talked to live help, the guy said that they had a new processor and that the checks should be faster. But, he said they have never had a problem with wires and if you want it fast do a wire transfer. They are free from SIA over 1,000 but your bank may charge a fee. Mine doesn't.

I would wager most people having problems haven't provided proof of address, etc.

I provided them with everything they asked for. This was half a year ago because I cashed out everything. This board made it seem like once you clear $10K @ SIA they will cut you off and I was tired of their BS plus I had already cashed out a profit of over $9K so I assumed it was better for me to just leave.

for the record, I'm a pretty small stakes sportsbettor--the cashout is for 500$ and I have yet to recieve it via mailed check despite having requested it on the 3rd of this month. I was going to give them a little extra time just in case, but I feel as though it's been long enough. they never asked me for proof of residency--maybe when I contact customer service today they will request it, but I figured if it was necessary they would request it of me. I quadruple checked my address before requesting so that's definitely not the problem. . . so I assume I'm just getting the screwjob :-/.
