Default wsop cash games

How are they, specifically middle limit (6/12-10/20)? Easy to get a seat? East competition?

How about $2-5NL games? I've seen a couple posts stating they're good, but no real specifics. Most tables consist of 1 or 2 idiots? Are most games very soft? How deep (ie, if max buy is $500 are most of the players close to $500 or a lot of shorties at $100-200)?

I'm heading out tomorrow for 3 days and look to spend some quality time at the Rio (maybe get into Sat $1500NL event if I win some thru cash or sit n go).

2-5 game at the Rio is juicy. Usually 2 good players per table and they are easy to spot. 2 guys who think they know how to play but are average at best and the rest is easy pickens.

Stay away from the S&G's, structure sucks ass.

cash games great at the Rio because in the 5-10 and above at least, the cut is maxed at $4, and also because during the WSOP the rio lets you Mississippi straddle (live straddle on the button).

It must be added to the Rules of Poker that any player who has the option of a live straddle on the button and chooses not to exercise it is a complete fool.
