Default 15/30, waiting until the turn to raise?

I decided to wait until the turn to raise with my 2 pair hand below. The reasoning was that there are probably at least a flush draw and possibly AK against me based on pf action. While I still have pot equity edge on the flop, it will be much bigger if a safe card falls on the turn. Then I can raise on the fourth street when bets have doubled. I can also hide my hand and get better implied odds by just calling the flop because someone will almost always bet to me on the turn when I have shown no strength. Then if a spade falls on the turn and the action gets heavy in front of me I can fold. Does this make any sense or should I just raise and jam the pot on the flop if a flush draw or AK 3-bets?

A9s?

Definitely jam the flop. Flushdraws and bigger aces will give you lots of action, and there's no guarantee, that the turn will be bet.

I had A8s, I edited the post because the converter did not show my hand for some reason. This was really strange hand since two players limp-raised pf and it was very difficult to put them on hands. UTG might have limped with AA and now have top set, but also something else. SB first called my raise but then capped UTG's 3bet, what kind of a hand plays like this?
