Default KK facing river lead?? .40/.80 (deep)

only 45 hands on villain, he's running 24/13/2. WTF does this river lead mean?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.40/$0.80 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

BB: $159.60
UTG: $46.90
Hero (MP): $154.00
CO: $207.10
BTN: $252.85

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $0.80, Hero raises to $3.90, 2 folds, SB calls $3.50, BB calls $3.10, UTG folds
Uncalled bet of $0.00 returned to BB

SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $8.80, SB folds, BB calls $8.80

I hate this spot. A 6 is unlikely, but possible. It could be a slowplayed set. I've seen players do this with sets even though it's retarded on a flop like this, I don't think it's that common though.

I probably call this, hoping he has QQ-99 or some kind of busted draw/combodraw (87s/97s). It's hard to put him on a hand, when I call villain most often has something like As6s. I really think folding this is close. Edit: meh, changed my mind, I think it's fold against this villain and against an unknown.

I think you're up against either a FH or a busted draw like Nick said...

I think this is a fold without any further information. I think Villain would c/c the river rather than lead the river with 99-QQ...

But i call too much in this spots too

Flop turn and River Agression factors help you out here.

I call this. It seems like a hand where he found himself on the river with nothing and just decided to put money in and represent the 6 to hope you'd fold.

call all day, I have seen this to often be air or hands that were turned into bluffs that didn't even know they were being turned into bluffs, you're getting better than 2:1 and im fairly certain you are good often enough

No way he has a set and slow plays it this much with all the draws out there, he would either lead out or c/r turn unless he absolutely knows you have overpair. This looks much more like a bluff to me. Sure, he could have 67 or 56 but any missed draw is in his range.

This is a terrible spot to bluff. The reason you would play a monster like this is because TAG villains easily let go of their overpair. I play it the same some times (although usually ip not oop).
