The floor just made Mister Kotter take off his shirt for a visual inspection after a phone tip that there he was a Zee Double in disguise. No zipper was found. Daniel offered to take off the pants but this was too much even for Vegas. Play on.

I wonder how ESPN will portray him? Many ppl rag on him still and forever will, but hopefully his play will speak for itself.

52 Players left.
Average stack has 14 big bets.

[/ QUOTE ]

It would be interesting to see after X amount of levels, what % of the players are left this year versus last year.

And if Daniel wins this thing you can really forget anyone talking about how [censored] the structure is. My guess is next year it gets quietly fixed without much hoopla.

The silence from the co-called "poker media" on this story is deafening.

this is looking up to be a great ESPN final table. looking forward to hellmuth/matusow/negreanu possibility.

Throw Justin in there, if not more the public's benefit, for ours. You think MM would be cold enough to razz him about his past "issues"? (I assume he's aware)

Why are they only playing to 21. It's only 7pm Vegas time. They could easily play down to final 8 or whatever.

From Pokernews: "He lost in Hold'em with A-8 to Noah Jefferson's A-J."

Also mentioned that he had bet $10k on himself to win at 30-1.

[/ QUOTE ]

LOL, does this sound like a horrible bet to anyone else? I'd have to say anything under 100-1 is probably pretty -EV unless I'm severely overestimating this field.
