6.50 Stars AK min reraised
Villian (not this particular one, 6.50s in general) almost always shows up with AA or KK when limping/min reraising here, mix in a few QQ's but my point is this is always a monster. At least it seems to me. Struggled quite a bit with this one before deciding...
Comments on that general read and hand itself appreciated, thanks. Re: 6.50 Stars AK min reraised
I've seen a lot of small and mid pocket pairs here too. Rarely, but sometimes you'll see AQ or even AJ from someone who thinks they're trapping.
Without a very strong read I'm not folding and calling commits you so I'd just push. If he shows AA or KK, oh well. Load up another one. Edit: You'll see AK quite a bit here too. |

Re: 6.50 Stars AK min reraised
I raise to 350 after 1 limper and push over reraise.

Re: 6.50 Stars AK min reraised
I would push preflop, unless I had a read UTG was incredibly tight in which case I'd check and see a flop.
As played I would just re-shove after his minraise. |

Yes, this often AA/KK but really not always.
I'd push vs an unknown and make a note. |

Re: 6.50 Stars AK min reraised
Seems like an easy push considering you hold AK, making AA and KK less likely. Odds are too good to walk away.
