Home Poker and Software...
Hi,
In the past I've been fed up with myself forgetting to set the timer on a mobile phone, so I decided to write a MIDlet (all Java games on mobile phones are MIDlets) which keeps track of the Blind Levels and the time remaining. Why post such a thing? Well, I'd like to know if other people would be interested in the application, and if yes, I'll release a public version. The second reason for posting, is that at the moment I am unable to easily add different Blind Structures in the application, so I would like to know what Blind Structures you would prefer in an application like this. The PokerStars and Full Tilt Blind structures have already been implemented and seem to work fine. Any comments are appreciated, Cheers, Feike |

Re: Home Poker and Software...
sounds cool, i have been at a few "loose" home games where people seem to be to lazy to keep track of time and somebody always pulls out a cell phone.

Great idea - My users would love it. I would be happy to post it on my site (http://www.diypokertour.com ) for download or put a link to it. PM me if you are interested.

Re: Home Poker and Software...
Ok, so there are a few people interested. Good.
I will not be releasing a beta version for the next few days, don't have that much time and want to have a fully functional product first. But anyway, here is a small screenshot. It will not be the definitive version, haven't been thinking about the graphics yet, but you'll understand the general idea. Comments (good and bad) appreciated. |
