The first time I saw Marwene Dietwich was in "Witness for the Pwosecution", a tewwific old courtwoom dwama, that was wuined for me evewy time she opened her mouth. She sounded exact-wee wike Madewine Kahn's Elmer Fudd impwession of her.

The true greatness of Blazing Saddles is that it reminds us of the importance of carrying exact change when riding the range.

I can't remember the exact line, but it's something like "Somebody has to ride back to town and get a whole sh!tload of dimes!"

i think comedy would be extremely different today if the studio had allowed mel brooks to cast one of the writers as bart like he wanted to. some guy named richard pryor.

Pryor did have a huge impact. I think he's almost universally regarded as the best comic of at least the last 35 years. I wonder how different you think things could have been.
