Like where? I rarely, if ever, do it for STACKS (short stacks don't count), nor do I make a habit of it.

Start from the bottom up. Whatever sacrifices you have to make now to sustain livelihood, do that first. You should cash out the rest of your roll, e-mail support to not let you log-in for six months, and go seek help, whether that's through friends / family or therapy.

edit : You can beat 50NL for 10ptbb/100 playing 16/13, over a sample big enough to jump into 100NL without playing 50NL for 3 months

Yeah, it happens every now and then when I'm following a read. It's not like it happens every session or something. Pretty much the ones I post in the brew (whether I win or lose) are the only ones that occur.
