Default AK TPTK 100nl; played too fast?

Villan is aggressive and seems like a "skeptic" who thinks people are bluffing him so he responds with rebluffs. The first time I ever raised his blind from the SB he reraises me then shows his 42s when I fold.

Do you think I could have gotten more value out of this hand by just calling his flop raise? I figure i'm almost always ahead here, but didn't want to just call in case he was on a flush draw. In retrospect I think it may have been better to flat call and let him try to bluff the turn.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $99.00
Hero (BB): $201.60
UTG: $106.15
MP: $83.85
CO: $226.80
BTN: $113.65

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $3.50</font>, 4 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $12.00</font>, UTG calls $8.50

Flop: ($24.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $16.00</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $32.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises all-in to $189.60</font>, UTG folds
Uncalled bet of $157.60 returned to Hero

Pot Size: $88.50 ($3 Rake)
