Live 1/2NL - river brings low straight

Pretty loose-aggressive game. I have 89o on the big blind and with two limpers I check. Flop comes Q J 7 rainbow. Checked around. Turn pairs the 7 and it's checked around again. River brings the 10 and the sb bets out a pot-sized bet. What's my play here?
Note - sb is a solid player that is capable of folding, and I've rarely seen him bluff and he never slowplays.

So he never bluffs and never slow plays, what are you saying his range is AK,K9,T7, 98. If it really is that narrow fold.

Edited: After rereading the hand. The pot is small so call, by your description he won't call a raise with a worse hand.

So the play here is just to call and not go for a raise?
