Default nl100 2 pair where do I fold?

villain is a bad tag, like 25/11 and not too aggressive
Can I fold this on the turn? He will not do that with draws or air.

and i dont think hes ever 3 betting, then betting flop then leading out half your stack with anything you beat

So either c/f on the turn or take another line on the flop? (what would you suggest?)

you fold after you cr to 15 and then he reraises you to 28. What do you think he has there?
