Any time a scare card comes on the turn it's a good spot for a 2nd barrel. That ace could counterfeit alot of hands that the villain was previously ahead with.

is nobody afraid that villains UTG limp range is small pp which might have turned into set or Axcc? What is he limpcalling utg, with which he calls flop and which we are beating with a second barrel? 55? Does he call flop with KJ?

Huh? We aren't making a valuebet here and there are tons of hands we get to fold right now. Bad opponents are very good in putting any preflopraiser on AK (only) and float oop with any piece of the board as long as it doesn't contain too many high cards. Villain can be holding 56s, 78,33-55,88-99 and may very well elect to fold most of them once we (obviously) got lucky on the turn.
Of course it's possible villain called the flop with a set or twopair or even Ax and wont go away now, but the times he folds his marginal holdings will outweigh the times he calls or raises.
