yeah I doubt the regs will ready in time. Didn't the law exclude checks? Hopefully if this is clarified by the Regs. it will make checks faster.

Give these sites a break. We should be thanking them for staying in the game post UIEGA. i will take my deposit / withdrawal taking a little extra time. At least i can still play.

I think all it is going to take is one bank getting in trouble from DOJ and all banks are immidiately going to become very strict about enforcing these policies

The good thing is Alberto Gonzales doesn't seem to care about enforcing the UIGEA when it comes to checks. Or so it seems. Prepaid Visa debit cards is a great suggestion for payouts. I dont see how UIGEA could stop that. All they gotta do is buy a Visa debit card for your withdrawal amount and fedex it to you in days.

somehow pokerstars checks still come in 4 days, dont see how bodogs take a month.

Pokerstars also accept WU, and your deposit is available within minutes (in my experience) of deposit.
Also, from what I understand, checks are usually received within a week of requesting payout. Not bad at all. |
