AA live 1/2 hand, pretty simple
Game is weak passive. Not a single 3 bet pf or c/r on any street in 3+ hours. I have a very solid table image.
Villain #1 is an old guy who just sat down. Only read is that he came in for 150 when the table max is 300. Villain #2 is a young guy who has been getting hit with the deck for the past hour or so, big pair after big pair, hitting every flop with random broadway hands. The very last hand I raised w/ 99, he called, flop Q85 I bet 2/3 pot he calls then we check it down he shows QTo for the win. I have ~$205 villain #1 has ~$150 Villain #2 covers. 9 handed One limper to me in MP2 I make it $15 with AsAd. Villain #1 (CO) and villain #2 (BTN) quickly call. Everyone else folds. Flop K Q 4 rainbow (pot $50) I check, V#1 bets 25, V#2 calls 25, I raise to $125, intending to call a push (I have about 65 behind). How did I do here? Is this better than lead/push or lead/call? |

Re: AA live 1/2 hand, pretty simple
Well played sir. I often bet this out at my local B&M and get called / raised just the same. Too many times have I checked a hand like this only to have it check around and the turn be a Jack where A 10 made it. If you have a confident enough read that someone will bet then NH.

Re: AA live 1/2 hand, pretty simple
I prefer to lead out here. If you going to get action, this board is as good as it gets, without being too scary. I'm not sure about the bet amounts at live games, but I think 35 on the flop, then 60 on the turn, then an AI on the river would be okay.

Is there anyway I can avoid going broke here if I'm beat?
