Pretty basic advice. Not really worth the time IMHO. Unless you really need basic advice. But, then again, the advice on these forums is much better anyway and it's free.

It was the first poker book I read, basically encourages you to be tight pf and c-bet all the time on the flop and not much else. If you read/post on here it'll be a much more effective use of your time.

If you want a begineers book I'd recomend GSIH or Angel Largay's CC.
