i believe its a +EV play to push here. as long as he wasnt raising under the gun with AA,KK, or JJ, you got him beat. very unlikely he has a 3 here.

It's not likely he will check behind but even less likely he will fold a Jack/TT/99 if you bet. Do a normal size bet and shove river, assuming he doesn't shove turn (which you call).
