TITN rakeback not paying?

I've been reg'd with TITN for 2 years now, and I got paid in a timely fashion in the past.This month on FTP, I took shots at higher levels, and they aren't paying. I tried to contact them on the site, but I cant even get through. wtf is going on

Did you email them? Also they are a part of Rakeback Network, a sponsored support forum here.

The support email address is the best place since we have people ansewring emails 24/7. I'm sorry you haven't received your payment yet and we'll get that taken care of as quickly as possible for you.

Note: We got everything worked out for jdubs015. He did get his rakeback he was just looking in the wrong place.

Note2: Yes, FTP did pay late this month, but we paid on time nonetheless.
